Reflection is right in the centre of Coolangatta and close to clubs, restaurants, shopping and the beach. Very well appointed and we will probably return. Great views Vey comportable. Good parking
It is a little noisy being on a main beach road. Double glazing would be a great benefit.

Genuinely helpful staff and great-sized rooms, we had a perfect 10/10 experience. Besides, the location was magnificent and ideal for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of Picnic Point Reserve. There were shopping centres and the Sunday market around the hotel.

The view, location and easy access to the beach.
Not enough crockery for six people - particularly breakfast bowls and cups and saucers.

We stayed at the 12th floor with a beach view, and the views (from the veranda, lounge room amd both bedrooms) were amazing! The unit was spacious and the design was ellegant and modern.
The pool was under maintanance while we were there, and in the unit itself the wind was hauling at times. We did receive a late checkout to compensate for the pool issue, and the hauling of the wind reduced when doors/windows were shut completely in the unit. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

As usual, wonderful facilities and amazing outlook onto Greenmount and Coolangatta beaches. Proximity to restaurants, shopping and nature walks around the wonderful gold coast beaches. The staff were always helpful if we had an enquiry and upon arrival the receptionist was polite and very quick to process our booking info and hand us the key! For the first week the pool and spa were as usual very welcoming.
Unfortunately on our second week at Reflections the pool was out of action for a day and a half - due to a burst pipe but also the spa was out for the whole week - indeed when we were leaving on Friday the spa looked to be no nearer to completetion! The pool was therefore not a pleasant place to be with workers trying to FIX the problems - very noise machinery and lots of dust - with the spa being overhauled. I understand that this problem was not avoidable but it did diminish our enjoyment of this wonderful apartment complex. We do love the pool area and unfortunately it was not able to be utilised by us on our last week. This was very disappointing - sometimes older couples like us want to sometimes get away from hot sand and still enjoy a swim therefore the pool at Reflections is indeed one of favourite spots to CHILL..... Hope these "reflections" of our holiday will help you. Yours Lynne Butcher
